What is the SCC Here4You Hotline:

Options for families that may need temporary shelter while they'll get back on their feet.
Single and/or couples can be accommodated. Shelters are COVID-prepared and follow CDC protocol to keep clients and their children safe and healthy.
Offer a variety of settings and locations throughout the county.
Participating nonprofit organizations include PATH, LifeMoves, Amigos de Guadalupe, and San Jose Family Shelter.
Families will be offered case management to help protect connection to services needed by clients.
