What is the SCC Here4You Hotline:

  • Options for families that may need temporary shelter while they'll get back on their feet.
  • Single and/or couples can be accommodated. Shelters are COVID-prepared and follow CDC protocol to keep clients and their children safe and healthy.
  • Offer a variety of settings and locations throughout the county.
  • Participating nonprofit organizations include PATH, LifeMoves, Amigos de Guadalupe, and San Jose Family Shelter.
  • Families will be offered case management to help protect connection to services needed by clients.
